At Rice Beauty Lounge, we take pride in providing high-quality PMU and beauty services with professionalism and care. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking an appointment.
No Refunds on Services
Due to the nature of permanent makeup and beauty treatments, all services are final, and no refunds will be issued once a procedure has been performed.
Deposits & Cancellations
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service.
Unsatisfactory Results
We strive to meet your expectations, but results can vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Adjustments can be made at your touch-up appointment, but refunds will not be issued. If you have concerns, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess the situation.
Product Refunds
- All sales on aftercare products and cosmetics are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
Rescheduling Due to Contraindications
If you arrive with a contraindication (e.g., skin condition, recent cosmetic procedure, or improper prep) that prevents us from proceeding, your deposit will be forfeited. Please review our pre-care instructions before your appointment.
Appointment Policy
- Late arrivals of 30 minutes or more may result in rescheduling and loss of deposit.
- Late fee of $30 will be applied if more than 30 minutes late to the appointment
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions or medications that could affect the procedure.
